In the pursuit of clear, hydrated, and glossy skin, many wonder if achieving that “glass skin” standard is possible without professional guidance. The reality is that everyone’s skin is unique, and a one-size-fits-all skincare routine doesn’t exist. A key first step is identifying your skin type—whether it’s dry, oily, or combination—as this will dictate the best products for your skincare journey.
To start, a simple routine can consist of just three essential products. First, cleansing is vital; it’s crucial to remove dirt and impurities to prevent breakouts. Experts suggest washing your face twice daily with lukewarm water, cautioning against over-washing, which can cause irritation and dryness. For those who wear makeup, using an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based one ensures a thorough cleanse without stripping the skin’s natural oils.
Hydration comes next with a good moisturizer. Look for lightweight formulas that are fragrance-free and non-greasy, with ingredients like ceramides, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid to help plump and smooth your skin. Finally, daily sunscreen application is essential to protect your skin from UV damage, which can lead to premature aging and skin cancer. Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, applying it every day regardless of sun exposure.
While this basic routine lays a strong foundation, it can be tailored based on specific skin concerns. For dry skin, supplements like toners, serums, and rich moisturizers can enhance hydration. Ingredients such as aloe vera, vitamin E, and rose water are beneficial. For oily skin, products containing salicylic acid or retinol can help regulate sebum production. Acne-prone skin may benefit from gentler cleansers and ingredients like benzoyl peroxide.
Retinoids are also a great addition for those seeking anti-aging effects, promoting smoother and healthier skin. Ingredients like hyaluronic acid and aloe vera are versatile and effective across various skin types. Less is often more; starting with a few core products—no more than five—can be more effective than overloading your routine.
Importantly, the path to better skin extends beyond topical products. Lifestyle factors play a critical role, including getting adequate sleep, staying hydrated, regular exercise, and maintaining a balanced diet. Reducing processed foods and managing stress can significantly influence your skin’s health.
Ultimately, the journey to clear skin is achievable with patience and care. Remember, every individual possesses their own unique beauty, and embracing yours is the most important part of any skincare routine.

What does over cleaning mean?
i spent a good two months without any pimples/acne (snacking on fruits), then my mom visits the USA and brings back a load of candies, donuts and sugar cookies (i eat it all), I INSTANTLY GOT 2 PIMPLES ON MY CHEEK, 1 ON MY NOSE AND A BUNCH ON MY FOREHEAD
Oh so I'm the most beautiful person on Earth? I see, I'm definitely getting over my head.
Great video! Understandable, short, and enjoyable.
Thanks for sharing this! When used alongside Planet Ayurveda's Kumkumadi Tailam, the benefits multiply.

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything to the glory of God.
— 1 Corinthians 10:31
KJV Holy Bible
Explanation of this verse: This verse tells us that everything we do, whether it's eating, drinking, or any other activity, should be done to honor God. It's like saying, "God, I'm doing this for you."
Your like a dermatologist and it’s even have good explanation girl you so smart I wanna do vlog and dermatologist at the same time one day it really helps a lot and you know skin care hard names products and I wanna be like you one day
i used to have terrible acne, like at least 30 or so pimples at a time and horrible scars all over my face. one day i decided to stop eating fast food and diet sodas, i threw out all my fancy expensive bottles of skincare, i started washing my face with a simple bar soap, and moisturizing with a basic lotion. my skin has cleared up completely. i mean like glass skin for maybe $10 worth of product. all those beauty influencers on tiktok telling you to spend half your paycheck on 20 different chemical products in pretty pink packaging arent trying to give beauty advice, they’re just selling a product. and i highly doubt any of them actually use a single product in their videos. i appreciate real health advice like this which prioritizes simplicity. in summary, if you want good skin, stop piling garbage on it.
Great video!, anyway i am looking for beauty experts to provide online services and build a beauty and wellness community
The most acknowledging and useful video I've ever watched on YouTube that is organized and well guiding. Deeply thankful for your efforts my darling!!❤❤❤❤❤❤😘😘
Im a Guy And i dont like a woman to look like this it looks unnatural. I think im speaking for most guys.
Will this remove texture and uneven skin tone?
" YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" and you'd better believe that. If you eat sh*tty food, you feel and look sh*tty. Stick to a healthy lifestyle. Eat whole foods, exercise, have a positive attitude, and get enough sleep. It'll do far more to your skin health and well-being than any other skincare products that you've spent!
thaaankss this was helpfull😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
0:40 bullshit, most people know what they are doing better than doctors. Doctors are not the holy grail, if you entered their environment you would find out that most of them are talking about something they have no idea about and don't even do research. And many people who share something do research :v
I appreciate that you tested these products before recommending them. Feels more genuine!
lmao when your screen is matte 😭

I watched the rest of this video but….. "nobody knows what they are doing unless they are a doctor" is maybe the most close-minded thing that I've heard in a while.
Can you please make a video to whiten the skin
You explained everything so good.thanks a lot❤❤❤
You’re lying, and it hurts me deeply.

Thank you for your research, your disclaimer, and your honesty! I hate my skin. My pfp is from 2022 because since then I've gone back to looking like a bumpy teenager. And I have been using hot water this whole time, oopsie!
