Video at the bottom!
In a recent episode of Beauty Within, host Felicia delves into the importance of establishing a skincare routine for all ages, emphasizing that it’s never too early to focus on skin health and preventative measures. Rather than chasing after the elusive concept of "anti-aging," she encourages viewers to cultivate a strong skincare foundation, dispelling the notion that anti-aging is only for older generations.
Felicia outlines three core principles of skincare: regulation, regeneration, and rejuvenation. She stresses that skincare should be viewed as an investment of time rather than money, advocating for a deeper understanding of ingredients over flashy packaging. This foundational knowledge sets the stage for effective skincare, tailored for all ages.
Cleansing is the first step in any skincare routine, with Felicia recommending gentle cleansers that won’t strip the skin. She highlights several favorites: The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser, great for hydration; the Then I Met You Cleanser with PHA for mild exfoliation; the Krave Matcha Hemp Cleanser for its antioxidant benefits; and the drugstore-friendly Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, ideal for sensitive skin.
Next up is toners, which Felicia notes can enhance hydration levels and combat dryness—a key contributor to premature aging. Her top picks include soothing options like the Missha Calendula Toner and the Purito Centella Toner, as well as exfoliating alternatives like the Krave Kale-Lalu-yAHA and Dr. Wu’s Pore Clarifying Toner with BHA, perfect for combating textural issues.
Moving to eye creams, Felicia emphasizes the need for specific care in this delicate area. She introduces Supergoop!’s Eye Cream, which provides sun protection along with hydration—crucial for maintaining youthful skin. The brightening effect and protective qualities make it an essential part of the routine.
In discussing serums, Felicia advocates for the inclusion of vitamin C for its antioxidant properties, which help build collagen and protect against environmental damage. She mentions various forms and brands, catering to different textures and preferences. For those in their mid-20s and beyond, she suggests exploring copper peptide serums for collagen stimulation.
Moisturizers come next, and Felicia emphasizes their integral role regardless of skin type. She advises looking for key ingredients like ceramides, amino acids, peptides, and collagen to nourish and support the skin barrier.
Retinols are touched upon, with Felicia warning against their use by those under 25, as they should focus on other aspects of their skincare. For those ready to incorporate them, retinols promote collagen production but require careful introduction to prevent irritation.
Finally, the segment on sunscreen underscores its paramount importance in any skincare routine, as 90% of signs of aging stem from sun exposure. Felicia recommends several effective formulations, including Purito Centella Sunscreen and Krave’s Beet the Shield for a nourishing touch.
In conclusion, Felicia stresses that an anti-aging routine is really about maintenance and nurturing the skin holistically—both from the outside in and inside out. She encourages viewers to pay attention to their dietary choices, as a balanced diet is equally vital for maintaining youthful skin. With practical tips and product recommendations, this episode equips viewers with the knowledge to take charge of their skincare journey for a lifetime of healthy skin.

I would like to add my own recommendation. It is the Curativa Bay Hyaluronic Acid Cream. It is by far the best face cream I’ve chosen to try. This product is formulated with hyaluronic acid, which is a hydrator found naturally in the skin, that attracts moisture and locks it in, making it the perfect moisturizer for normal to dry skin. I’ve tried different brands – from drugstore to high end – with unsuccessful results. My skin is on the dry side and quite sensitive and some products tend to irritate it. With this cream, my skin feels refreshed and soothed. After I use it, my skin feels plump, soft, and healthier. The reasons I like this cream:
– Provides hydration to my skin, leaving it looking smooth and soft day after day.
– I think it is the perfect daily moisturizer, the skin absorbs it quickly, so you can wear it under makeup, but at the same time provides long-lasting and intense moisturizing power.
– This cream has a great consistency, it is easy to spread, feels light on the skin, and has a pleasant smell.
– It is affordable, as you don’t need a lot of product, a little goes a long way.
– With constant use, I’ve found it has helped to soften fine lines and wrinkles and also has reduced skin roughness and saggy skin.
Overall, I think this is a fantastic moisturizer cream for 30 & over skin. In my experience, the Curativa Bay Hyaluronic Acid Cream has helped my dry skin condition and the skin texture has improved tremendously since I started using it. I highly recommend it. I've been told by multiple actual medical professionals and dieticians that that collagen powder is total bullshit. They said you really can't eat collagen and it do something for your skin. I had that powder for a bit, I didn't see a difference and it just upset my stomach.

Motivul este una dintre ultimele evolutii in lumea cosmeticii, multumita careia femeile din toata lumea au refuzat operatiile cosmetice in favoarea intineririi naturale.

COLLAGEN. 👏 SPHERES 👏 ARE TOO BIG 👏 TO PENETRATE THE SKIN 👏.
Literally, it does nothing.
Collagen can only be built up with your own skin’s existing collagen.
You CANNOT add to or multiply, only BUILD upon.
