As I embark on my baby-making journey, I’ve made some thoughtful changes to my skincare routine, prioritizing gentle yet effective solutions. One standout product I’ve discovered is Bakuchiol. This natural alternative to retinol has been a game changer for me. I use it as a cream, and it has remarkably helped to plump my skin while effectively reducing fine lines and wrinkles, all without causing breakouts or irritation.
In addition to Bakuchiol, I’ve incorporated red light therapy into my regimen, which has proven to be especially beneficial for sensitive skin like mine. The beauty of this therapy lies in its minimal side effects, and it is safe for use during pregnancy. I opted for a handheld device rather than a traditional face mask, allowing me to target specific areas of concern across my entire body.
Red light therapy primarily works by promoting collagen production beneath the skin, which helps to minimize fine lines and enhance skin plumpness. I’m currently on day 15 of incorporating this into my routine, and I’m thrilled to report that I haven’t experienced any adverse effects or breakouts, and I’ve noticed some improvements already.
There are plenty of red light therapy devices on the market, but I chose this specific one because it holds FDA approval and comes with a five-year warranty. To track my progress, I’ve been using it on just one half of my body. After a 90-day period, I plan to share my results and experiences in more detail. Stay tuned for the updates on how these changes have impacted my skin during this transformative time!

Red Light therapy has magnetic radiation. I would do some research first.
Red light feels so gimmicky I feel like it’s gonna blow like balance bracelets 😂
I been looking for brands that will help me transition to a woman waredrobe from broke uni student (still on a budget but looking for timeless pieces). I'm glad I got your channel as a recommendation. I hope you have good brands and boutique recommendations.
I've been to quite a lot of Red Light therapy for my skin at a clinic and I hope it really made a difference in my skin. Planning to get a red light device like that soon!
While I believe in loving the skin you're in as you age, I also want to do my best to take care of my skin with a few, effective age prevention products. What are your favourite products or tools for aging gracefully?
