Speaking of beauty, have you ever heard the term "thoma"? It translates to "baby faces," referencing the youthful appearance many Koreans seem to have.
For instance, I’m 32, but you might have guessed me to be younger! Speaking of age, let’s take a look at some of our favorite Korean celebrities. Kim Hee Sun, for example, is 51 but looks incredible, and Song Hye Kyo is 40 yet appears youthful. Isn’t it fascinating how so many Koreans look younger than they are?
So, what’s their secret? Stay tuned as I’ll be sharing tips on achieving that coveted baby face alongside some special massage techniques!
First, let’s discuss the four main factors of aging:

This video is actually brilliant 🙏🏽I agree from experience that lack of sleep and smoking causes almost instant ageing but loads of water; one lemon a day before food a.m (vit C, gut and liver cleanser) yoga, (promotes better blood circulation to all organs including our skin), is a fab antidote! Is this with Asian, Korean or Chinese genes? When I was 32 …I looked like around 16-17. Now I'm 58 and look like around 28-30. That's what I was told. Will start using that Ginseng serum. Hopefully when I reach 80…will look like around 50. My dad is Chinese but not my mom. I have his good genes. I also eat very good. Organic vegan for a very long time. So thankful for my good genes. Praise God🙏
