Video at the bottom!
In this insightful video, the often-overlooked power of estrogen creams for achieving younger-looking skin is brought to light. The video opens with a compelling case—a patient excitedly shares her experience after using a specific cream, revealing how much her smile lines have diminished. This encounter sets the tone for the discussion on how estrogen creams, particularly for vaginal use, can yield surprising anti-aging benefits when applied to the skin.
The video dives into the significant reality that all women will experience estrogen loss over their lifetimes, typically beginning around the age of 35. This hormonal decline can lead to various skin issues, including loss of elasticity, dryness, and increased wrinkles. The host emphasizes that understanding this connection is crucial for developing an effective skincare routine.
A quiz poses the question of what percentage of women will experience estrogen loss, with the answer being a striking 100%. This statistic underscores the importance of acknowledging and addressing the hormonal changes that affect the skin. A chart illustrates how estrogen levels peak around age 35 and subsequently decline, which correlates with aging skin.
Following this explanation, the video introduces a specific product—Estradiol Vaginal Cream 0.01%—which the patient used as a see-through approach to rejuvenating her facial skin. While the promising results can be enticing, the host advises caution. The complexities of hormonal treatments are emphasized, and the video discusses various forms of estrogen creams available, including compounded versions made by pharmacies, which may offer cost-effective alternatives.
The video highlights a study showing that after six months of using topical estrogen, improvements in skin elasticity, firmness, wrinkle depth, and pore size were noted. That said, the host warns viewers not to rush to apply estrogen creams indiscriminately, as the absorption and potential side effects can vary significantly.
Key risks are outlined, including breast and uterine tissue stimulation and the potential for systemic side effects like blood clots if used long-term. The video encourages viewers to consult with healthcare providers to evaluate their individual risk factors before beginning any hormonal treatments.
In addition to discussing estrogen creams, the video explores alternatives such as phytoestrogens—plant-based compounds that can mimic estrogen and may offer collagen-boosting benefits without the same level of hormonal impact. Ingredients like genistein, found in soy products, and methyl estradiol propanoate (MEAP), which binds to estrogen receptors in the skin without systemic absorption, are highlighted as safer options.
The host stresses the importance of a comprehensive skincare routine that includes sun protection, proper hydration, and topical treatments like retinoids. Overall, the video serves as a thorough exploration of the relationship between estrogen and skin health, encouraging informed discussion about incorporating hormonal treatments safely.
From anecdotal success to scientific studies, the video makes a compelling case while ensuring that viewers are well-informed about the potential benefits and risks of using estrogen creams for skincare. It closes with a reminder to prioritize well-rounded, protective skincare practices that can combat the negative effects of aging and environmental exposure.

Using Estradiol has caused melasma on my face. What do I do now? It has been several months that I have discontinued use and the melasma is still there.
I am nearly 60 and starting about 14 days ago on patches and vagina oestrogen cream. I have been having severe headaches and feel worst since then and severe fluid under my eyes. Not good at all, feel also depressed which never happenend before. Shall I stop?
If I am in menopause, can a dermal roller still work on the skin to increase collagen?
So unclear all he shares
Great info. Would you mind telling me the name of the eye procedure? I met someone who had it done, but he could not recall the name of it. Thanks!
I saw my doctor last week and asked if I could start HRT as I’m 46 and have hair thinning as well as a tire around my waist I can’t get rid of even though I’m thin everywhere. I also have a terrible memory and back pain the last 10 years. She claimed my symptoms weren’t bad enough to start it as the risks aren’t worth it. If my issues such as back pain were progressively getting worse or I had mood swings, then that would be indicators. I wish to hell judgement was based on a blood test instead of her opinion which is absolute rubbish. I asked if I could have it for a short time to see what happens but she refused to do it. I don’t want to anger her and start it behind her back using an online Doctor but I’ll try to get prescription strength cream and see if that at least addresses the mess of my face lol.
It worked on my skin, however darkened my eye color.
Estrógenos conjugados sirven?
Should I not apply estrogen to my face if I have a melasma spot already?
I use estradiol that is only applied outside the vaginal area. I've been applying to my face also for a year. No problems yet. I am 76 without ovaries or uterus.
Random question here-why isn’t anybody talking about the injection route for estrogen?

Estrogen makes my hair come out in clumps
Good grief! Wrong I say respectfully 😊I’ve been getting my hormones estrogen and progesterone from Harbor compounding pharmacy for 20 years! I’ve been on hormones since I started peri menopause at 48. I’m 69 still have a cycle; no wrinkles; not fat. I’m the only woman my age that’s not on several medications. I’m on nothing. Just the bios which technically are not drugs so insurance won’t pay. $100 per month approximately. I’ve recently begun with estrogen face cream. All compounded.
I will not watch this.
We want a tutorial.
